Participating vendors will receive their logo on United Way and Taste of the Town website linked to their website, and recognition via social media and event program.
Awards are given by way of guest votes; winners will receive framed award along with recognition on website and social media.
Vendors are welcome to sell prepackaged food at the event.We would like each vendor to donate a gift card. ASK US HOW TO BE A VENDOR & SPONSOR!

By signing here, you understand and agree to the following:
- The United Way of Colquitt County will provide:
1—one 8’ table; tablecloth; mason jars for voting;
2—Electricity– First come, first serve;
5—If vendor registers and supplies logo by Thursday, August 21,
the United Way will include vendor in printed in all publicity.
- As a vendor you will provide:
1—a high resolution (digital format) logo
2—a sample menu for event by Thursday, August 21;
3—a sampling of your choice for ____ guests; ( will have a final number around Sept. 5th)
4—a representative to set up your station to be fully operating by 4:45, to serve your offering throughout the event, and take down your station by 8:00pm;
5—plates; and silverware
6—all in-kind donations/food and supplies are tax deductible,
7—stations are expected to be presented in a professional fashion.
